Sitting by a window, this caught my eye. A single sorbet peony in a blue mason jar. Pink and blue has always been one of my favorite color combinations, so when I have a pink flower, I look for something blue to place it in. There was something magical about how the light was shining through the mason jar and onto the petals. These details were begging to be captured, so I did.
